Meet Daniel Hepburn — Our New Front of House Supervisor!

Driven by ambition and fueled by positive energy, Daniel leads with creativity,
professionalism, and a sharp attention to detail. Over the years, he’s gained
extensive experience not only as a professional waiter, but also across all areas of
the restaurant — from barista, barman, and juicer, to working in the kitchen and even
taking on roles as an events coordinator.

Daniel has built his skills at some of Cape Town’s most dynamic venues, including
Folk Café, La Parada, Chapman's Peak Hotel and Kloof Streets' trendy Van Hunks.
Daniel honed in on his fine dining interests after his time working at The Duchess of
Wisbeach - a high end, popular venue in Sea Point. His journey through various
roles has shaped him into a well-rounded hospitality professional with a deep
understanding of both front- and back-of-house operations.

Known for his kind nature, energetic personality, and strong sense of teamwork,
Daniel is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and helping the
team thrive.
